Introduction
Airmaster have introduced a new pitch change motor (Maxon DCX) in its product range of electrically operated variable pitch propeller hubs. The new motor will offer several advantages, including
- longer service life,
- faster pitch change rates and
- positive pitch hold in the event of a power failure.
Upgrading to the new motor is not mandatory unless it is in response to a failure of the Globe brand motor as Globe motors will no longer be available.
